PC Clothier mod by AimeeKae, Is a business mod that allowes you to be a clothier in a new shop in balmora. It has almost everything that you could ask for in a business mod, great house, many customers, avalible to hire a assistance, witch is awsome. You can buy clothes (or steal them) and put them in your shop (you must put them at the right place or they wont sell), then sell them and soon you have a huge business. Later you can hire a assistance to help you in the shop (or totally take care of it when you are away.) and you can train her skills and soon she will be able to sell things for higher prizes and you make more money. But of course you have to pay her and give her items to put in the shop, she has also a very usefull spell so you can lock the shop when you don't want any customers. Truly a great mod and makes the game MUCH more realistic. Only one flaw, no wait, 2 flaws. 1. The customers are many and very unique but their clothes are all the same and that is kind of lame but other than that, the customers are unique and realistic. Great job with the customers.
2. It conflicts with one other mod, balmora wall mod. no big deal though. (no errors or such, the house only is in middle of the wall.
here is a little from the readme.
"With this mod, your character can become the owner of a clothier shop.
The PC Clothier plugin adds a little building just inside the gates of the trade city Balmora. There are several ways to acquire the shop. You can ask about the latest rumors in Balmora to find out how to acquire the shop, or you can scroll to the bottom of this readme file.
Once inside the shop, you will find many empty shelves, a counter, a workshop with storage chests, and a small bedroom. On the countertop are three important items: a lockpick, a book, and a small chest. The lockpick is there in case you don't have a key because the door must be unlocked from the inside in order to begin the necessary scripts that run the store. The book tells you how to run the shop.
Here's the UPDATED notes written at the back of the book:
1. Lock your door from the inside to prevent customers from entering. If you leave your shop, no customers will enter unless you hire an assistant to aid you. People don't come into the store late at night.
2. Wares are organized by their value in gold pieces. Put common goods in the chest labeled common, expensive goods in the chest labeled expensive, etc. When the item is put in the chest, it will appear as a display on the shelves. An item put in the wrong chest will not sell.
3. Gold will be directly deposited into a small chest on the shop counter. Don't worry; no one is going to steal from you.
4. If you want to sell something while you aren't in the store, you might find some assistance from House Hlaalu.
There are 20 random NPCs that will come into the store to buy goods from you. Each one is randomly designated as either a common, expensive, extravagant, or exquisite buyer. The NPCs wealth will determine how many items the NPC is willing to buy and how long the NPC is willing to look for things to buy.
**Note: Due to the length of some of the scripts, there may be a slight lag when an NPC buys something. I have a fairly decent computer and this lag isn't common, nor has it been more than a second or two long.** "
A great mod, few flaws but great either way. Oh and there is your own house in the back of the shop with a large bed, few tables and shelfes and few cupboards.
